Relax Design ® Solid Surface.

Luxolid® is a synthetic compound based on selected polyacrylic resins and mineral fillers (aluminum trihydrate), realized by using mold through a polymeric process.

The result is a material with a uniform structure, of a superior quality level compared to the products made from sheets: Luxolid® does not show differences in color or compactness in all of its surfaces.

Experimentation, research, and our experience are the guarantee of this exclusive product.

Luxolid® products are made in Italy, exclusively within Relax Design® production laboratories: from the choice of the raw material to the mixing, according to our exclusive formulas; from the study of the models to the realization in mold, to the finishing made in a large part by hand.

The production process starts from the mixing of raw materials, according to our formulas

Successively, the Luxolid® is injected into molds: therefore, the resulting product is made in a single melt without joint (typical of sheets) that could create alterations in color or cracks.

Weld joints are sometimes necessary (for example: to obtain tops of considerable size) are also made of Luxolid®, coming from the same mixing to preserve an identical color and the same technical performances over time.

Cleaning and maintenance:

Being Luxolid® homogeneous in all its thickness, it is possible to restore tops, basins, washbasins or shower trays damaged by deep scratches and chips, bringing them back to their original appearance even after many years.

Luxolid® products do not require special maintenance. However, it is suggested to dry the products in order to prevent stagnant water from forming limestone rings (which, however, is not able to attack the product). Daily cleaning can be done with normal non- abrasive detergents and creams.
